Yaaradi Nee Mohini Full Movie Hd 1080p Blu-ray Tamil Movies 766
Oh, mah sweet Amma, you are too small to do all this work. I know what shall I do for you? Let me make you a wee cup of tea. No no - not that kind of tea. It is called ‘chai’ - it will put your worries away and take care of your stomach woes! It’s time now for some good old fashioned ‘chai’! But before we start cooking up this heavenly drink, let us have a look at the ingredients which are required to prepare this soothing concoction. For instance, there are two main ingredients in all-purpose flour which are yeast and salt. The yeast along with the salt act as the main flavour enhancer in chai which will be palatable for all. Now, what I need next is some milk. That is what our Amma used to use in her ‘chai’ - but I don’t have any of that kind of milk in my kitchen here. No, no! I am sure you don't even have it in your kitchen either. Then I know what shall we do with it? We shall use cow's milk instead! So let us add a cup of cow's milk to the pan and give it a good whisking process. For the sugar, I like to use pure cane sugar. Yes that is right, there are many other kinds of sugars available in the market but they are not good for our health. However, the pure cane sugar does not have any additives in it and it is entirely natural. Why don’t you open up your cupboard and get me two spoons of this powder? But before we can get to use it, I shall have to add some water to it. Got that? Add around four cups of water into this packet which you just got out from the cupboard. Of course, the most important ingredient in all-purpose flour is the yeast. Add a good amount of it into the pan as well. It will help in bringing out a wonderful aroma as well as adding to our chai’s natural flavour. While we are at it, I feel like I should add some cloves and cardamom into our mixture too. I know! I shall make it like an Indian spiced tea and spice up my chai! Now that we have all of our ingredients ready; we can move onto the next step. First, we need to heat up some water and allow them to boil for about five minutes or so on a high flame. By this time, the yeast inside the all-purpose flour should have risen. If not, then I know what to do. Just add some more of the yeast into the mixture until it does rise. Next, get me two cups of milk from that container over there. After you get it out, just place them on the side of your cooking surface for now. Now that our water has boiled, let us put in some butter into it too instead of oil! Why butter you ask? It is because butter will add flavour to our chai whereas oil will not be able to do so.
